That's right, it's been one year since the start of this glorious blog.
One year of Bruce and Rafe's smack talking, one year of Sam and Steven's hilarity, Louis' statistic analyses, Grant's unbelievable stories and, of course, Bryan's rage at Ben's absolute nonsense. Just kidding, Ben. It's all love, baby!
Here's to another year of whatever it is that we do.

Like so many others who would later go on to greatness, Scrodes Blog was conceived in the Giants Stadium parking lot. The Joiner Three and Benny G kibbitzed while nibbling on burgers and sausage. They drank the finest American macro-brews this glorious land has to offer and discussed things ranging from trifling to merely fatuous. Perhaps it was the tainted sausage he had consumed earlier that was talking, but on the topic of Scrodes Blog Bryan and I agreed for what was to be the very last time.
As best as I can tell things have gone precisely as Bryan and I thought they might. Of course, the credit does not belong to Bryan and I, but rather to you all, who have mad this venture such a rip-roaring success. We have all played invaluable roles in making this blog what it is today. It has been real swell staying in touch in this odd little way, and one hopes it shall continue well into the future.
*sniff*
If there's one thing anyone can say to both sum up and comemmorate everything this little slice of blog heaven was, is, and will always be, it's that this ain't no teriyaki shit.
